SHIPPING POLICY
At Embellished by Paulette, we take pride in ensuring your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner. Please review our shipping and processing policy below:
Order Processing:

Please allow up to 15 business days for order processing for non-custom orders.

Please allow up to 30 days for custom orders.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.
Shipping Timeframes:

Standard Canada-wide shipping may take up to 15 business days after order processing.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout and can take up to 3 business days after order processing.

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders once they have been shipped.

Please note that shipping times may be extended during holidays due to high order volumes and carrier delays.

Customers who choose expedited shipping will see the additional cost reflected at checkout.

Embellished by Paulette is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and ensure safe delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Embellished by Paulette, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of purchase in it's original packaging or in a secure packaging for a refund or store credit, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

All tags must be attached.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Items returned without tags will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Final Sale: Please note that all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition. Original price tags must still be attached. Items must not have been worn nor washed.
Due to hygienic reasons, bodysuits and lingerie are not eligible for refund or exchange.
All our Robes are handmade and customized to fit our clients. Once your order is placed, we will schedule a virtual session to guide you and help you take all the necessary measurements to achieve the most flattering fit and look.
Once the item is in production and delivered . The sale would be considered final.

BRIDAL ROBE RENTAL POLICY
At Embellished by Paulette, we are committed to providing a luxurious and seamless rental experience for our clients. Please review our rental policy before placing your order.
Processing & Rental Period

Please allow 3 business days for order processing after your rental request is placed.

The maximum rental period is 3 days from the date of receipt.

If you require an extension, you must request it in advance. Extensions are subject to availability and will require a new rental robe reservation fee.
Security Deposit

A mandatory refundable security deposit of $150 is required for all rental robe services.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an invoice for the security deposit.

The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in cancellation of your reservation, and your initial payment will be refunded to your original method of payment.

The deposit will be fully refunded once the robe is returned and inspected for any damages or missing embellishments.
Returns & Care

Robes must be returned on the agreed-upon date in their original condition, unworn (except for intended use), and without stains, rips, or alterations.

If damages are found upon inspection, the security deposit will not be refunded, and additional charges may apply based on the extent of the damage.

A prepaid return label will be provided to make the return process convenient for you. Please ensure the robe is shipped back using the provided label within the rental period to avoid late fees.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made before the robe is shipped or picked up will receive a full refund.

Once the rental robe has been shipped or picked up, no refunds will be issued.
Shipping & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including return shipping.

Embellished by Paulette is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed returns.
