What are the shipping options and timeframes?Standard Canada-wide shipping can take up to 15 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout and can take up to 3 business days. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

Do you offer international shipping?At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?Embellished by Paulette is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once tracking information is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to track their order, we also require all packages to require a signature upon delivery. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Can I return or exchange my order?We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn and has the tags attached. Returns without tags are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.

How long does order processing take?Orders are processed within 15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

I’m not a bride, but I love your robes. Can I still purchase or rent one?Absolutely! Our robes are designed for anyone who loves luxury, elegance, and high-quality craftsmanship. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in self-care, our collection is available for purchase and rental.

Do you offer robe rentals?Yes! Our luxury robe rental collection allows customers to experience high-quality, elegant robes without committing to a full purchase. Please review our Rental Robe Collection for more details. Please note that all rentals require a $150 security deposit and you will be sent an invoice after you have placed your order that must be paid within 24 hours or your order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded. Our standard rental hold timeframe is 3 days and we require 3 business days to process your order for local pickup. We require 3 business days to process your order for delivery of our robe rentals and 5 to 7 business days for delivery.

How do I place a custom bridal robe order?You can place a custom order by filling out our Custom Inquiry Form on our website. Our team will reach out to discuss your vision and confirm details.

Are custom orders refundable?All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How should I care for my bridal robe?We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand-washing to maintain the quality of your robe. Specific care instructions are provided with each order.
